A car battery is a rechargeable battery that supplies electric energy to an automated vehicle, and all automated vehicles will not work without one.
They can also be used in Generators, such as the one on the Airfield and the one in the Hotel in Hayward Valley.
Use
Stand next to the vehicle and open it's inventory, slide the battery into it's respective slot.
Loot spawn
Batteries spawn in hardware stores, garages, warehouses, gas stations, and most technical buildings.
