Sultan is a small, abandoned town located near the southwest corner of Orca Island.
Layout[]
Sultan is covered with overgrowth, suggesting that its been a long abandoned town – this means there are many bushes that may be used by players as possible ambush points. Northeast of the town lies the old church and cemetery, and just south of the town is a Route 88 filling station. Furthermore, southwest of the filling station, a water tower can be found. This can be used as an eagle's nest to gain a vantage point over Sultan.
