The Flare Round is a special, 12-gauge pyrotechnic cartridge designed to be used primarily for signalling. However, when fired at other Players, the Flare Round cause burn damage. Flare Rounds may be found in piles of up to 5.
Due lower velocity of the projectile, Flare Rounds have a tendency to arc over long distances. Shooters may need to get closer to their targets to use the weapon effectively.
