The Water Purifier is a placeable crafting product used in Base Building.
Overview[]
A Water Purifier, as its name suggests, is a placeable device used to purify Water. To work, the water purifier needs an empty Propane Tank to be attached, wooden fuel added, and then lit with Matches, Lighter or Fire Drill. Withdrawing the fluid from the water purifier will yield clean water only. You are unable to withdraw the contaminated water.
Capacity[]
The Water Purifier has the ability to hold 14 L of Dirty Water or Strange Water and 14 L of Clean Water which it had purified, however once the Clean Water capacity has been met, the Water Purifier will stop purifying water.
Only one Lumber, one Wood Log, or one Stick Pile can be added at a time for a fuel source.
Fuel Used[]
Depending on the fuel used, the Water Purifier can run for different amounts of time and thus purify different amounts of water.
The maximum amount of water purified by each fuel is:
- 1.000L with Stick Pile.
- 3.000L with Wood Log.
- 4.600L with Lumber.
